Services offered virtually, with the possibility of in-person, depending on client location

Specialized Services

I offer specialized psychotherapy for children and youth on the autism spectrum, using a compassionate, strengths‑based approach that honors neurodiversity. With more than 10 years of experience supporting neurodivergent children and youth, I understand that each individual experiences, communicates, and engages with the world in their own way. Effective therapy must reflect these differences, which is why I adapt my approach to meet each client’s sensory, communication, and emotional regulation needs.

Supportive environment

By adjusting therapeutic strategies, pacing, and communication styles, I create a supportive environment where clients can develop meaningful skills in emotional regulation, social understanding, self‑advocacy, and everyday coping. Building these skills is essential for fostering confidence, independence, and overall well‑being. I work collaboratively with children, youth, and their families to strengthen these abilities in ways that feel respectful, accessible, and empowering.

My focus

My work focuses on helping young people develop complex, practical life skills at a pace that feels right for them. This includes emotional awareness, flexible thinking, social insight, and the ability to advocate for their needs. Through individualized, evidence‑informed strategies, I support clients in understanding and expressing their emotions, navigating challenges, and building confidence in daily life.

Families are vital

Families play a vital role in a child’s growth, and I actively support parents and caregivers with practical tools to reinforce skill development at home and in the community. This collaborative approach helps create consistency, connection, and meaningful progress.

My goal

My goal is to offer a safe, validating space where neurodivergent individuals can explore challenges, celebrate strengths, and move toward greater self‑understanding and resilience. Together, we work to help each young person thrive and reach their full potential in a way that honours who they are.
